Our team were happy with the WB result of your anti-Phospho-Akt (Ser473) Rabbit Monoclonal antibody. However we have seen positive staining in muscle ovary cytoplasm. using this antibody. Is that expected? Could you tell me where is AKT1 supposed to be expressed?

We are currently using anti-Phospho-Akt (Ser473) Rabbit Monoclonal antibody P00024-5 for mouse tissue, and we are well pleased with the WB results. The species of reactivity given in the datasheet says human, mouse, rat. Is it likely that the antibody can work on primate tissues as well?
